*pokes head timidly back into LJ*
Er, hi everyone! *waves abashedly* So you know when you get busy and don't post for a while since you have all these plans for long-ass posts that you don't have time to write, and still haven't gotten around to replying to comments to the last one, and then you fall further and further behind on reading too, and it just becomes this Big Thing? Yeeeah.
So the one New Year's resolution I'm actually looking forward to is Getting Back on the LJ Bandwagon because I miss you guys, dammit! I miss your creativity and wit and hearing about the goings-on in your life and hearing what you think of mine.
I do still have big, ambitious posts planned (and I will still get to those comments, so help me), but if I don't get around to them, I will try to at least post SOMETHING of interest once a week. :p
The short catch-up on my life is that I'm doing VERY well, thrilled to bits with the excess of riches that is having not one but TWO amazing women in my life, but I'm still working on integrating them into my life while not shortchanging my friends and family and other responsibilities...ultimately something had to give, and I'm afraid it was LJ. But I *think* I've got a new organizational system that will keep me better on track? *crosses fingers*
I hope you're all well, and had...well, if not relaxing - is it actually relaxing for anyone? - at least an enjoyable holiday season?
